The assistant runs on Mike's private computer. It retrieves information from each Google account separately, answers requests using the chosen cloud AI provider, and can preserve selected documents and transcripts with their original sources and dates.
Its knowledge archive can be browsed as linked notes. Large meeting recordings can stay in Google Drive, with their transcripts and recording links providing the context.
